Thursday 7am-10:30am and 15:30pm-18:45pm

Friday 7am-10:30am and 15:30pm-18:45pm

Saturday 7am-10:30am and 16pm-18:45pm

Sunday 7am-10:30am and 16pm-18pm

Check-in / Check-out Times for daycare and boarding

Strictly between:
• 7:00am – 10:30am
• 4:45pm – 6:45pm (6pm on Sundays)

Check-ins or check-outs outside of these times will incur a £20 charge.

A full day of daycare runs from 7:00am – 6:45pm.

Additional Charges
• Arrivals before 7:00am: £20
• Arrivals between 10:30am – 3:30pm: £20
• Arrivals after 6:45pm: £20

Arrival Instructions

If you are arriving for daycare or boarding, please head to the main building. We use the Q-Bell app doorbell system. Please download the app from the App Store before your visit. When you arrive, the app will detect No More Kennels, allowing you to join the queue.

Virtual Tours

In order for customers to walk around the hotel safely, we must lock all the dogs away. This can upset some of them, and it means that the routine we have in place for feeding/grooming and medication is then out of sync. During the pandemic, we found that it is better for the dogs to enjoy their time playing as opposed to having people walk around the hotel. You can see the hotel via the virtual tour video, and when you drop your dog off, you have access to all the cameras in the hotel so you can see every part of the hotel and watch your dog 24/7. This is much better for the dogs as it does not disturb their playtime.

You are very welcome to call reception and speak to the staff, you can ask any questions, and we can talk through any concerns you may have. Many businesses had to change their procedures during the pandemic, and we have found that this is much better for the dogs in our care.
