Monday 7am-12pm and 2pm-6.45pm

Tuesday 7am-12pm and 2pm-6.45pm

Wednesday 7am-12pm and 2pm-6.45pm

Thursday 7am-12pm and 2pm-6.45pm

Friday 7am-12pm and 2pm-6.45pm

Saturday 7am-12pm and 2pm-6.45pm

Sunday 7am-12pm and 2pm-6.45pm

We are closed between 12pm-2pm every day to complete medical health checks and complete medication on the dogs. If arrival is between 12pm-2pm an extra charge will occur.

Check in / check out times are strictly 7am – 10:30am and between 16:45-18:45
Checking in / out outside of these times will incur a £20 charge.

If you are arriving for daycare or boarding please head to the main building. We are using the q- bell app doorbell system, please download this app from the App Store prior to your visit, when you arrive it will pick up No More Kennels and you can join the queue.

We are open for daycare drop off : collection 7am – 12pm closed 12pm – 2pm open 2pm – 6.45pm although a full day of daycare runs from 7am – 6:45pm.
If you arrive before 7am there will be an automatic charge of £8 added to your bill. If you arrive between 12pm – 2pm there will be an automatic charge of £20.00 added to your bill. If you arrive after 6.45pm there will be an extra charge of £20.

We are open 7 days per week 365 days per year.

Virtual Tours

In order for customers to walk around the hotel safely, we must lock all the dogs away. This can upset some of them, and it means that the routine we have in place for feeding/grooming and medication is then out of sync. During the pandemic, we found that it is better for the dogs to enjoy their time playing as opposed to having people walk around the hotel. You can see the hotel via the virtual tour video, and when you drop your dog off, you have access to all the cameras in the hotel so you can see every part of the hotel and watch your dog 24/7. This is much better for the dogs as it does not disturb their playtime.

You are very welcome to call reception and speak to the staff, you can ask any questions, and we can talk through any concerns you may have. Many businesses had to change their procedures during the pandemic, and we have found that this is much better for the dogs in our care.
